Teacher Timer is an autonomous classroom scheduling dashboard built for physical education teachers and classroom educators who need to keep their class flowing smoothly from one activity to the next. Instead of constantly checking a printed schedule and counting down on a stopwatch, the teacher glances at a projector screen that always shows the current activity, a live countdown ring, and a clear visual cue for what comes next.

The dashboard runs the entire school day on its own. It knows the difference between Monday, Tuesday through Thursday, and Friday schedules. It automatically transitions between warm-ups, walking steps, lessons, and dismissal. It plays transition beeps, shows safety reminders, and speaks the final five-second countdown when it is time to sit down or come together. A seasonal backdrop keeps the screen engaging without distracting from the countdown.

Beyond the schedule, Teacher Timer handles attendance and grading in one step. The teacher points a camera at a magnet board where students place a magnet above their grade letter, and AI vision reads every student's number, attendance status, and grade in seconds. Grades push automatically to Schoology, and a CSV export is available anytime. A built-in translator speaks classroom instructions in Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, and more than a dozen other languages, so every student understands what to do regardless of their English level.

Teacher Timer was built by an active PE teacher who needed a better way to run class. Every feature, from the walking music to the learning target display, came from real classroom needs. The goal is simple: give teachers their time back so they can focus on students instead of the clock.
